Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 24 May 2026
1. Who we are
The aubere.co website and the Aubère app are operated by:
- Léo Guenoun, an individual (not a registered company)
- Contact: contact@aubere.co
2. Hosting provider
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, United States — vercel.com.
The sending of emails linked to the form is handled by Resend (Resend, Inc.) — resend.com.
3. Intellectual property
The Aubère name, logo, text, images and design are ours unless stated otherwise. They may not be reproduced, copied or republished, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.
4. About the service
Aubère is an equestrian mobile app that lets you track your sessions, your competitions, your horse's day-to-day care and your tack. The app is available on the App Store, on a free plan. The aubere.co website introduces the app and lets you get in touch with us.
We may change the service or suspend access to it for legitimate reasons and, where possible, with reasonable notice, in accordance with applicable law.
5. Who can use Aubère
You must be at least 13 years old (the age of digital consent in the UK) to use Aubère. If you are under 18, please use it with the agreement of a parent or guardian.
6. Using the service
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service as intended.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Subject to the above, the service is provided "as is", with no guarantee that it will be available or error-free. We are not liable for interruptions, loss or damage related to the use of the app. It is your responsibility to keep your own backups where relevant.
8. Your personal data
The processing of your personal data is described in our privacy policy. The use of cookies is detailed in our cookie policy.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows the current version; where a change is significant, we'll make it clear where we can.
10. Ending your account
You can stop using Aubère and delete your account at any time, directly from the app. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly misuses the service, giving reasonable notice where possible.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. This does not remove the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence: if you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you keep the benefit of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and can bring proceedings before the UK courts. If you have any questions, email us at contact@aubere.co.
For users in the United Kingdom, the English version of these terms applies. For users in France, the French version applies.
